THE PRACTICE
Reset & Reconnect
With Yourself
Our practices meet you where you are, adapting to what you need in the moment.
Sometimes through strength, sometimes through softness, sometimes through stillness.

5D Flow
Most of modern life asks the body to repeat the same few patterns: sitting at a desk, looking at a screen, driving, walking short distances, then sitting again.
If this sounds like your routine, you may notice stiffness through your back and hips, tension around your neck and shoulders, or simply that you don’t move quite as freely as you used to. Overtime, your body can begin to feel less adaptable, less fluid, and less at ease.
5D Flow expands what movement can be. It is a multi dimensional practice that brings together movement, breath and mindfulness, drawing from yoga, qigong, tai chi, martial arts and modern physiotherapy.
The aim is to work with the body’s natural patterns of movement, helping you build strength, mobility, coordination and awareness through intelligent, integrated movement.

Yoga Nidra
Even when the body is still, the mind can remain busy, moving between tasks, screens, and thoughts, with little space in between.
You may feel physically drained but mentally alert, or simply find it difficultto make space for stillness.
Yoga Nidra creates that space.
A guided practice of deep conscious relaxation, Yoga Nidra is traditionally practised lying down, allowing the body to become deeply at ease while awareness remains present.
Through a structured sequence of moving awareness, you are gradually guided away from the activity ofthe outside world and towards the inner experience, through body, breath, sensations and visualisation.

Hatha Yoga & Pranayama
Some days, the body needs less complexity and more basics: how to move, how to hold, how to breathe.
Hatha Yoga works through physical postures, alignment and controlled movementto build strength, mobility, stability and balance. Pranayama adds specific breathing techniques to develop breath control and concentration.
The practice is steady and structured, giving you time to understand each posture, work within your range and develop better control without forcing flexibility or intensity.
Hatha Yoga + Pranayama build the foundations for a stronger body, a steadier breath and a more focused mind.
